On the 27-hectare farmland at Camarda Farm we grow anything from premium quality extra-virgin olive oil to "primitivo" wine, corn, vegetables, cheese, fruit and eggs from our own hens. Every season offers its products and some of them like tomato sauce, jam, figs and dried broad beans are then traded locally.
Here we have our own water from the well, walnuts, almonds, chestnuts, capers, chickpeas, lupins and flour from our own corn (Senatore Capelli variety), which is the main ingredient of the typical local pasta "orecchiette pugliesi".
